How We Work
The Process
01
Checking if required
Not all parapets require inspections and reports (eg. non-detached homes).
Before investing resources, we will make sure its necessary.
02
Inspection
Our inspectors will coordinate a date and time with the building’s manager or superintendent.
Our inspection process takes under an hour.
03
Report
Our engineering team will generate a report, including a writeup of parapet conditions, time stamped photos, & a site plan. We will store for you for the code required six (6) years.
Success
Proven track record of parapet inspections and other engineering in New York City.

have questions?
FREQUENTLY ASKED
Questions from other customers
“Do I need an inspection?”
All parapets along the “right of way” in the 5 NYC boroughs need an annual parapet inspection, save for 1-2 family detached homes. See DOB code section below for more.
“What if my parapet has a problem?”
As part of the process, we will take a preliminary look on Google Streetview, and give the manager a ‘heads up’ to correct potential issues.
“Do you know anyone who can fix my parapet?”
We can recommend several trusted vendors to make corrective work. We also encourage owners to ask neighbors and others.
